Sure. The tweaks are more mechanic as it would be called home-brewed, but as I mentioned there was a good deal of work put into balance. As players we are probably semi-serious. There is a good deal of combat, and pvp has happened in the past a few times, but I wouldn't call it heavy, just a possibility depending upon the characters. As for the mature nature, I had a post about a year ago when I did recruiting before and I mentioned that it was mature themes with fighting a lot of demons at that time (that part of the campaign is mostly over). So, the new recruit played one session because we had a child who was possessed by a demon in game that tried to destroy the party (think Exorcist but with powers and trying to kill off the party). That player said that they couldn't be in a campaign that did that to children. So, just giving a warning that those types of elements might come about. One of the PCs at the time was playing a child character who was a wizard. PC death has happened, and is very possible, but it doesn't usually happen every session, and I had a PC survive about 50 some-odd sessions in the first campaign (we are on the second now, but it is a good spot to bring in new recruits). The plot right now is kind of up in the air as the characters will be coming in at level 5 (new characters being made right now for the regulars) and they find themselves in a dungeon in kind of a tabula rasa state not knowing what really happened before they are where they are. Backstories are fine to be outlined and all, it is just that the characters have amnesia in a way and their memories will be slowly coming back to them. So no uncle and Christmas gifts (that the characters know of right now...) haha. The first part of this new campaign did focus on the party trying to find out about a secretive group, and what they were up to. Hope that answers your questions.
