DM can't see player tokens

I'm probably missing something really obvious here, but I'm the GM of a ToA campaign. I can see and place player tokens on the all the preset maps just fine, but when I add a player token to one of the maps I uploaded myself, the token is only visible to the player who controls it. I can't see it at all. EDIT: In fact, I just tested this and as a DM I can't even see player tokens on maps without any FoW at all! What am I doing wrong here?

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . ( Don't forget the complete Console Log! ) Thank you!

Erhm, that's not really useful. It might not be technical issue but an error-40, as in: I might be doing something wrong. I am using Chrome and I have no extension problems and I can see all tokens *except player tokens* in my current campaign. This is regardless of whether the map is using the Advanced Fog of War or not. Either something is funky or I have adjusted some Game Setting wrongly.

Are you the creator of the game? Did you delete the token images from the Recent Uploads in your Art Library?

Carefully check your layers. Verify that the Map is on the Map Layer, that the tokens are on the Objects/Token Layer, none of these are on the Dynamic Lighting layer or GM layer.

Ooh, yes! It's probably layers! Check Keith's suggestion first.
