Hi Waylorn, That sounds new to me. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Now it seems that I am having issues posting almost any image into our game forum. One example is 4.34x2.72, 417x261 px, View size 5.75x3.48 at 74 dpi, image file size 7kiB. JPEG format.

Just to verify on that last report, the files have a .jpg extension, not .jpeg, correct? The latter do not parse properly.
Correct. I am using .png and .jpg.

I tried again today and get the same result. This time I didnt get a border. File size 7 and 9 kb. jpg.
Hopefully you will hear from the developer soon. I have been getting this error since Nov. the 11th. I spent quite a bit of time trying to get it to upload before I ever contacted anyone.
Hi Waylorn, Apologies for the delay on getting back to you on this! A few questions in this realm: Does this persist in every game forum? What about a new game forum? Could you provide a link to the game (not a join link) so we can take a closer look at the issues you are running into? Does this happen for editing posts or just making new posts? Thanks!
Link to game: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/3796979/starfinder-into-the-frontier It does persist but not all the time. It happens for both edits and new.
Any updates? Do you need more information?
Hi Waylorn, I have passed this onto a dev to have a closer look. Just to follow up on a few areas where we are not sure: Does this happen if you create a new game and create a post in that forum? I noticed you mentioned you disabled an extension but it was not clear if it was just ad-block or the others as well. If it was just the one, could you attempt disabling all of them? Occasionally, incognito mode works as a temporary disable of extensions but if that does not yield any results a manual disable might be necessary.

Hi Waylorn, I'm seeing something strange causing images to fail uploading correctly. I've logged it as a bug and our team will investigate further. It appears as though a particular image upload is not succeeding and breaking the upload process. Then future images won't load. If you refresh and avoid the problematic image, you should be able to upload other images. We'll continue to research why certain images are breaking our upload process.
I will test and see if it is just the first image or all of them.
I get the error when posting any image. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong with the images? Does not seem to matter what format I put them in. jpg.. png.. They all fail. Please advise.

Then perhaps you're having a local issue that's different than the one I'm seeing. If you refresh each time and try with different images it doesn't work? Are you having this issue from any other computer? I was able to upload images to your game's forum for the most part without issue.

You could attempt to direct message it to me, or you could host it on a site such as imgur and send me a link to the image you're having issues with.
