Hello, my name is Holly and I'm 21 years old currently residing in the United Kingdom, GMT time zone. At the moment, I'm quite flexible when it comes to times I can play, so long as I'm not playing into the late hours of the morning. I have a slight preference for Friday evenings, as this is when my partner also plays in her D&D campaign. What experience do I have? I have a strong interest in D&D, though unfortunately due to struggling to find groups I've only managed to play through a couple of short campaigns. I have a lot of experience however with RP'ing in MMORPGs, namely Final Fantasy 14 and Guild Wars 2. Both of these are a text platform, though I would like to get into RP through voice, it just might take some time for me to get comfortable and find my voice. What am I looking for in a game? Somewhere between 70/30 and 80/20 RP/Combat A group who are all wanting to actively roleplay as their characters An engaging story Opportunities for character development Challenging encounters/puzzles that will require thought, as opposed to hack and slash Most importantly; a fun and friendly environment. What am I looking for in a group? Teamwork and cooperativeness. I don't enjoy each player being out for themselves. A group that connects well with one another Everyone understanding the distinction between in-character and out of character. Very important. Reiterating from earlier: A friendly environment. No constant jokes at someone else's expense or mocking others. There's a line where friendly teasing turns into something else. Players that are passionate about D&D.
