Greetings! I'm a reasonably experienced Dungeon Master (roughly 9 years of DM experience, and about 14 as a player) that is looking for a fresh group. I have a group I play with, typically on Sundays (as a player) and I've tried running games for them but our styles clash wildly (not to mention they are not fans, as a rule, of 5E). So I'm looking for a group to do bi-monthly games (every other Sunday) with in a game that I have created! It is set in a world that I am building from the ground up and will be an epic journey from level 1 onwards! I watch a lot of Critical Role and other various things online and I love the CR style of storytelling in a sort of Sandbox environment, so that is what I'm hoping to emulate with a personal twist on things. But enough about that! I am looking for 4-5 players, no experience required, that are looking to get into a good cooperative story (meaning I don't want a group that argues a lot!) with interesting rewards in store. I am NOT accepting pre-built characters or ports from your other campaigns, so please be aware that you will be working on a fresh character and building them from the ground up!!! I am not accepting any external homebrew, I am honoring the Bloodhunter Class by Matthew Mercer as well as most of the expanded content books (Xanathar's Guide, Volo's Guide, Etc). And as a disclaimer, as I am still building many relevant aspects of the campaign, note that this may not start for at the least another two weeks and may not start for up to 2 months from now. Any time between that could be the day, so make sure you're ok with a wait to start before you express interest! I aim to do a Session Alpha (for Character Creation), a Session Beta (to make sure you're going to like and be comfortable with your character) and a Group or Solo (your choice if you wish to know other party members beforehand or not) Session 0 (in which we begin the adventure but not necessarily with any introduction of plot).
