Anyone be down for a WW1 game

Hello,  Never played CoC before and since my month long search for someone to help teach me came up with nothing I have decided to just jump in head first. I have a degree in History and currently writing a thesis on WW1. I have been wanting to run a game set in the trenches of the western front. I tried using 5e D&D but found it wasn't able to catch the feel. After watching a few videos on CoC I think the system would be perfect.  This would not be a traditional game as I would be replacing the horrors of the mythos with that of war.  The story would be anywhere between 1 and 3 sessions long depending on how the dice roll. Taking part during the Somme Offensive in 1916, You would be apart of one of the famous Pals Battalions attacking Serre the most northern part of the advance. Things go south quickly and you find yourselves stranded among the enemy lines trying to make your way back home in one piece.  Anyone interested?

If need info for running CoC in WWI check the No Mans Land scenario book. The scenario itself is mythos heavy, but provides a good amount of information about the era. Not just historical events but stuff like: stats for guns of the era, a table for combat specific SAN loss, suggestions for temporary and indefinite insanity conditions like becoming shell shocked, a stat chart for enemy German soldiers, and some ready to play PCs. The book is for 6th edition, but conversion is easy and you can a get the conversion guide free on the Chaosium website.
this sounds interesting to me, I love history, so depending on time I'd like to play.  I have 0 exp though.
Sounds great, but my availability is limited. What day/time are you thinking of running?
I have no idea on the time or date but thinking ether a Saturday or Sunday but totally up to what everyone can do
Hell i dont mind checking it out, not many games to join for CoC

Hit me up with more information once you've determined the time and date, I'm interested in this game.
