Players dropping out and reconnecting issue

I've been using roll20 for a few months now and everything has been working beautifully, however for the last couple sessions my players seem to have intermittent connection issues.  I play at my house only 1 or 2 players use laptops with one player mirroring his laptop to my large screen TV.  Last week the one player was having problems where he wasn't seeing the maps or visuals as I changed them it would take a while to load only for him drop out from the game (at least his name was no longer at the bottom left of the screen) then he would pop back in.  We chalked it up to his computer connection and it was so frustrating that I as a DM opened a separate browser window and account as a player to mirror my player screen, but that became tedious switching back and forth, but the connection was better.  This past week 2 players brought their laptops, we mirrored the second players laptop, assuming the first still had issues.  And the second player started having the same issues.  I am able to connect just fine even with 2 tabs open.  However they are having these difficulties.  Nothing has changed on their laptops that I am aware of and they are using the same browsers as before when everything was fine.  Any ideas?  Unfortunetaly we won;t meet again for another couple weeks but I was hoping to get some suggestions before then.  Thanks
I'm not sure if it's a chache issue as I use my laptop as well and perhaps more than the others for roll20.  But I also don't know really what a computer cahce is.  Maybe my laptop is just better.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues   on the affected machines/accounts? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
