Added some tips to the Savage Worlds page in the wiki

I've been GMing a Savage Worlds game in Roll20 for a bit more than a year now and thought it would be good to add a few more notes to the Savage World page in the Wiki. I added sections about "Counting Raises", "Cards for Initiative" and "Rollable Tables". If you know Savage Worlds please have a look, see if I made a mistake somewhere and contribute!
