So pretty much, I have only one player that can see the entire map, and everyone else can't see anything hidden by dynamic lighting. I tried kicking the player and reinviting, but still the same issue.
This sounds like an old issue (that crops up occasionally) based on what you describe your player is experiencing. Try having the player turn on (or off) his/her hardware acceleration and see if that fixes the issue.
