I'm looking to run a "voice only" one shot tonight (5:00 pm pacific time) using roll20 and discord. check the listing here Moon over Greymoor Just a little teaser...This is a dark, murder mystery set in the town of Graymoor, and is standard D&D fare. This isn't a campaign, and is instead a standalone adventure ideal for new players . Hook : You hoped that the small town atmosphere of Graymoor might be a fine place to spend the winter months. The thought of wiling away the cold snowy days in the local Tavern, sitting by the fire, sharing tales, and sharing ale would be easy. However, murder has come to town. Is it simply an argument gone wrong, a case of mistaken identity, or something more devious and sinister. You've been hired by the King's Coroner, in town to investigate (and tax) the death Ser Thames, but another body only adds to the mystery. Will you have the nerve to investigate? Can you stop this murderous spree before it's too late? Please understand, this isn't meant to be a long running adventure or campaign. It is really designed to take about 3-4 adventurers from level 1 to level 2. I know many don't like the character "squishyness" at level 1, but I've been wanting to run this little story for some time. This game is a detective story, and you shouldn’t expect to mow down goblins or battle orcs across the wilderness. You should expect to puzzle over hints, squeeze people for the truth, and keep a paranoid eye on your back. What little combat there is will be short, sharp, and bloody- but not unfair. You’re going to have plenty of time to figure out what’s going on. This game is based on the module of the same name, and makes a fine starter game for any of you that are just starting out. New players are definitely welcome here. Please read the whole advertisement at the link above, and let me know if you're interested.
