The 12/18/18 release notes said: The Monster Manual and Player's Handbook data has been updated to
the latest Wizards of the Coast errata. Does this apply to free (SRD) compendium content as well? If so, it's worth noting that there were at least a few changes noted in the 2018 PHB errata that were different from the 2017 errata but weren't marked as new in the 2018 PDF; perhaps more significantly, there were some changes to the most recent printings of the books that weren't noted in the errata at all. (The 5e basic rules were also updated accordingly.) One such example - that Jeremy Crawford mentioned in a recent Dragon+ stream as a change that had been made but wasn't in the errata document - is the description of the fighter's Action Surge. The Roll20 entry for the feature states (as the feature originally read, incorrect capitalization on the Roll20 Compendium aside): Starting at 2nd level, you can push yourself beyond your normal limits for a moment. On Your Turn , you can take one additional action on top of your regular action and a possible Bonus Action . However, this wording was changed in the most recent printings to (as appears on D&D Beyond's feature description ): Starting at 2nd level, you can push yourself beyond your normal
limits for a moment. On your turn, you can take one additional action. As you can see, the "unhelpful helper text" (as Crawford referred to it in the stream) has been removed; it had confused people and some misinterpreted it to mean the opposite of what was intended. You guys should follow up with WotC or whatever the proper process is so that you guys have the latest information. ...Actually, it looks like the changes that are in the errata, such as the change to the Contagion spell, haven't been made to the Roll20 Compendium version either. Is it just because the SRD hasn't been updated yet that you guys aren't able to make the changes to the freely available Compendium content?
