Ping/Shift Ping no longer working

Hi.  Ping/shift-ping no longer works for me.  I've tried in both Chrome 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Firefox 64.0 (64-bit) using Windows 10.  I took the following steps to resolve the problem with no luck: Disabled all browser extensions Turned off anti-virus (Avast) Disabled all API scripts Followed steps 1 to 3 provided in Solving Technical Issues I don't see anything in the Console log.  I also searched the forums and tried a few other things, but I can't get it to work.  Hopefully it's something stupid but I could use some help here.

Just to get the question out of the way, is it not working when you first log in, or is it not working after you have been logged in for a while?  Have you refreshed the page in your browser?  If you are the GM of another game, does it work there?  If you make a copy of the problem game, does it work there? I'm only throwing that out because I just checked and it is working for me.  I do sometimes have trouble if I have been logged in a while and need to refresh the page to get it working again.
It doesn't work at any point.  I've restarted the browsers multiple times.  I just opened another game and it's not working there either.  The only thing I haven't attempted yet is use a different computer.
You can close this thread.  Looks like there was some issue with my mouse.

Glad you worked it out. That's the sort of problem that could cause you to tear your hair out.
