Roll20 seems to be broken

So most of the people I know, myself included, have been having issues with roll20's character sheets and bios. We put information in, and it disappears. In addition to that, I cannot as GM edit bios of other players. What's going on? Also, when are yall gonna change the way character sheets are made? A lot of this seems overly complicated for no reason.
also, why would you automatically close a thread after 2 months? do you think an issue similar to that will never happen again ever now that its been addressed?

That sounds pretty strange, since I just got done editing some info in the Bio&Info tab for some players of mine.  Just to be sure, did you happen to hit the button to "Rejoin as player" and forget to "Rejoin as DM" when you wanted to edit the sheets?  Got to get the simplest possible explanation out of the way first, right?
Nope. It's been doing a lot of strange things honestly. The most consistent thing is the deletion of every NPC character sheet after i log out. It is now allowing me to edit bios, so i have no idea whats going on with the intermittent usability. Normally i would just assume its something wrong on my end, but i have heard other players complain about the same issues

Eli,  I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
