Why does some Monster manual content not have a character sheet?

Some items have a full clickable character sheet and others only have the non clickable attributes box as you would have in a print copy. All of the tokens i tried this on stated they were from MM1 not SRD so I am confused as to why this is and if this is supposed to be like that as it is not ideal!

Perhaps you haven't added the monsters to your game yet? If you search the compendium and just open a page for a monster, it is only going to be the text. If you actually drag the monster into your game then it will set it up as a character with the complete character sheet. If you are already doing this, then it sounds like there is something happening with your specific situation, as all of the monsters in the MM have full character sheets when added to a game.
