Hello, I have had this issue before, but I am here again as my game "Westward: A Story of the Westmarches" game is unable to be copied over for backup (And parallel session) uses. In the past, someone from support had to clear something out that was inaccessible to me, the user. Just putting this down to request some help to hopefully get the game copied over with all the content by tomorrow....(if not, it won't be the end of the world mind you).
