Is there a way to start Dim Light radius at 0'?

I am trying to make a generic token for use on the Dynamic Lighting layer which would emit Dim illumination only (out to a varying radius, depends on the map)...so far I am finding that it doesn't seem to matter whether I put .5, .1, or even 0 in the "Start of Dim" box, the token always exudes at least a 5' radius of brighter light before it reverts to dim for the rest of the area. I do not want any bright light at all--this is supposed to be for use on 'twilight' areas (something between Global Illumination and utter darkness) so I don't want the light source to be noticeable at all.

Did you try negative numbers? That what I use to do to show only the token in dim.

Also, if you look up that post a bit, there are some examples of Dynamic Lighting with various levels of lighting, and some suggestions: https://app.roll20.net/forum/permalink/3304442/
