Having problem with Premium Tokens appearing for players

I have purchased the Pathfinder Bestiary token set for my campaign. I use roll20 for in person games by running from my laptop and the map displayed on a tv on the table hooked up to a mini PC under the table logged in as player. Maps display fine for the players and my own custom tokens appear, but all the purchased tokens I drag from the premium content menu does not show. Am I doing it right? Do I pull from the token menu or the compendium listingnof that monster (also shows the token). Or do I need to transfer the tokens to my art library? It’s just purchased content affected it looks like, everything I personally uploaded shows fine to the players on that TV display. All permissions are correct. Any ideas?

If you already have, say, a goblin in your campaign, from before the time you purchased the Bestiary, if you pull in a goblin from either your journals or the bestiary, it will place the one you you already have. The trick is to delete the existing one in your campaign, and pull in a fresh one from the Bestiary. That should cause the new token artwork to display. This is to keep you from accidentally overwriting a customized token or sheet. If this doesn't solve the issue, post back and we'll see what else we can check.
