[LFDM] [Pathfinder with 5e elements] Twitch Live stream, Youtube and podcast.

I am looking to start a weekly Tabletop RPG group that is streamed on twitch, uploaded to YouTube and is also made into a podcast. The sessions will be on Saturdays from 12-3 pm Eastern Time. Currently there would be no pay until the show starts bringing in money. I'm looking to start this by March 9th 2019. That gives us enough time to find applicants and go through auditions. We already have four players, so we have enough to play but I want to find two more players as well. I will be making a second posting for players. I'm looking to make this game mostly a Homebrew Pathfinder, with elements from 5e such as ritual spells. I want to have everyones input when we make the house rules. Requirements: >5+ years of experience as a DM in either D&D 3.5, Pathfinder or a mix. >A decent understanding of Roll20 including being able to make scripts, macros and maps for it. >A friendly and personable demeanor. >A decent webcam and mic (this is a stream after all). >A desire to have fun, it is still a game XD If you have any questions pertaining to this ad please message me, I'm happy to answer them. Have a great day.

"Currently there would be no pay until the show starts bringing in money." You might want to reconsider that stance if you have such high standards for DMs.  If you truely want to make the stream/show/podcast work you should be willing to invest money into it before it starts bringing in money. At this point this is speculative payment you are offering (who knows how much you will end up paying anyway) and most experienced freelancers are well aware to avoid projects like these. Additionaly payment is a sure way to ensure a DM your own commitment to this project, which already has not alot of information to work with. So you might want to add: at least payment expectations or flat out commit to it and offer payment from the get go. Some additional information about the campaign you want to run What dungeonmaster style are you looking for? Do you need a DM for a cinematic game, tactical game, political game (etc.)? What maps/materials/subscription do you need your DM to have to qualify? (Again those are investments are a financial burden for the DM) - Tuz
