Players appearing in Dropdown list who are no-longer part of the Game

There are four names in this list: but there should only be one person in the list according to the actual players in the game. (id 4077719) NOTE: This game *is* a full copy of a previous game (id 3792004) and those characters in the list are still part of the original game. There was another person in that dropdown list, but after I went through and took them (in fact everyone) off the 'is in xxxx players journal' list only one of players dropped off the list - search as I might there are no more characters or handouts where these other characters are mentioned but they *still* show in the dropdown list. Any more advice on how to remove them?
Hi Boli, We're sorry for the delay with this. Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser             - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If steps 1-3 does not resolve your issue, please work through step 4 and provide us with that information.

I cleared full cache and tried a browser with no addons (i do not use many, but tried a fresh one anyways).this occurs for *every* instance of this game and appears to be a DB issue. Edit worth noting that there are more players.in this game now, but there are still players no-longer involved in the game (as it is a copy) still show.

Boli, for clarification. When you copied the game did you uncheck "Players and Player Settings (Including Macros)" as part of the copying process? Also, what's the name of the copied game?

I had to copy the 'Players and Players Setting' as it was the slew of macros I wanted/needed which were associated with me (the owner/DM) - a previous attempted copy without this came with blank macros - and I *think* blank rollable tables as well - although it was a while since I copied. So I copied *everything* and then kicked the players who would not be part of the new game; then went through every instance of a handout of character sheet shared with any of them. out of the 4 payers associated with the previous game - one did indeed drop off when I removed all instance of them; the other three remain somehow in the dropdown list. The game IDs are 4077719 (new) & 3792004 (old) and the name of the game is the same in each iteration ' Tomb of Annihilation'

In game 4077719, I'm still seeing four other players beyond yourself as part of the game. So it looks like they weren't actually removed from the game unless these are newly added players?

Those are new added players. But when you load into the game you will notice that the number of players to assign handouts and character sheets to is actually more than 4(5) but 7(8)
Hi Boli, I had a quick look on the back-end for the new game (ID:  4077719) and I believe I was able to resolve the problem. Could you confirm for me?

Yes, the players have been fully moved from this instance of my game. Thank you :) Incidentally if there was a way to store personal macros independant of game this will help tremedously as I'm sure I am not the only person who uses the same/similar macros across multiple games.

Yes. One solution is a Macro Sheet . More info on the link, but the upshot is build macros as Abilities on a single character. The syntax is simpler, and the macros can be ported with the character from game to game.
