My name is Tim and i am currently looking to fill out the roster for my game! I'm a 25 year old teacher student, currently 1 year left of university studies before i can (finally) get my diploma. I've been playing TTRPGs for a few years, where 90% of the time i am the DM which i gravely enjoy. Perhaps its the ability to be able to KILL ALL THE PLAYERS WHEN I FEEL LIK....no. The DM role suits me because i wish to make a game that is as immersive and real as it can get, and as a player, I don't really have that ability. Due to my strive towards "perfection" i spend a lot of time and effort to make my games as honed as possible. I suppose that in combination with me being a university student, having the time, and needing the money it results in me taking on the mantle of a professional DM and asking for payment for my games. I have been running paid games now for almost 2 years, both my own written modules and also the sandbox games. I am currently focusing on 2 campaigns, both being 100% sandbox. One of them has been ongoing for 37 weeks, where the other one has been ongoing for 24 weeks. It is first now that the second newer group is unfortunately losing a player due to real life commitments that overlap with the DnD time. Then, what exactly do i as a paid Dungeon Monster offer? * An experienced DM who knows how to create an immersive, gritty, realistic and epic adventure * A fleshed out homebrew world, and with your help there will be an even more thicker feeling to the world * A chance to add your own ideas into an already existing world * Someone who is enthusiastic about DnD to the point of where he will spend loads of time on a campaign to make it as perfect as possible for his players * A campaign filled with lore, plot twists, NPCs with their own drives and goals * A biological world that you can affect with your interactions * A co-operative sandbox world with as many choices to it as you can think of, though with enough structure for you to enjoy the quests within, just that you chose what quests you want to take part of * Customized/homebrewed magical items * A new pantheon that coexists with the old (forgotten realms) one. * Dynamic lightning on all the battle maps * Old school dungeon crawling with puzzles and riddles (and of course monster slaying) There was a PPK 2 months ago in the party, leaving only 1 player alive. The players have therefore only been playing with their new characters for 7 weeks, the party is currently level 6. We are playing a COMPLETE sandbox game in my own world, Gael. The players go where they want and do the things they wish and how they wish to do it. There are thousands upon thousands of small, big, medium quests which you can choose to do or leave alone. The world itself is progressing on it self, and the players are only a few living pieces in a massive world where everyone that is alive has their own drives, goals and secrets. There will always be consequences to what you do, I as a DM am not trying to kill you, but the world will react to your actions as a regular world would do. It is therefore always good to think before you act! Now, what are the players currently doing? They ended up pissing off an official (A baron) in The Holy Kadian Empire. This baron imprisoned the party, from which they tried to flee from. As they fled they got caught and what seemed to be a hidden agent within the prison had to sacrifice himself in order to make it look like the party got killed off. The party is therefore considered "dead" and has fled to a nearby kingdom, Pavia. There they are trying to earn money and make their own way in the world. Though as they came to the capital, it seems like the same baron who imprisoned the characters has also been involved in imprisoning the parents of one of the characters. They are currently trying to figure out a way to get the parents out of prison. I as a DM love RPing, and focus very much on the RP aspect of DnD. I encourage RPing and also reward good RPing. The game has a very serious tone to it, there are still jokes and banter but it is held out of character as much as possible. *DISCLAIMER* This game is dark. I do NOT censor things that happen. I try to keep it on the down low, though there are times when things such as rape, gruesome murdering of innocents and horrid scenes in general do get described in the game.
