Process for reporting when game doesn't show up in Join Game listings?

Hi know it says a couple hours for the game to appear, but it's been about a day. And even though my status is Active and when I look at my manage listings settings, it says below (but again, nada). I think a flag hasn't been set properly but I don't see a report mechanism to ask someone to take a look.  TIA Listing Status:   Shown This listing is currently being shown to players in the LFG tool search results. It can take up to two hours for a listing to appear in the LFG search.  

What is the game's name and system? Do you have the mature rating checkmarked? That is something that trips up many initial searches.

Thanks Pat S for the response. I do have that Mature Box set. I'll uncheck it. I had that checked because I don't want any restrictions on taking the story where it needs to go and was hoping it would steer games to older players. (I disabled and re-enabled it to hopefully clear any flags. So it'll probably be back to that initial delay) That said, stories in my games rarely get to, let alone above PG level. I see it on page two of the game search with the mature rating and other games filter. It shows you have two open slots and scheduled on Sat ever other week.
