I may be doing something wrong. When my players join via my Hangout invitation they join as a GM. Anyone else having this issue or know what I am doing wrong?

I figured it out. I had logged into the roll20 website on my players laptop before He accepted my hangout invite. It must have some connection.I left the hangout then I created his own account on roll20 loged in and the rejoined hangout. Then he was a player.
