Images folders and they content are suddenly gone, and cannot upload any more

I logged in yesterday and today and both days My Library on the Images tab shows nothing other than a flat list of all the images I have uploaded in the past. All folders and organization of images has completely disappeared, as has the Upload Images button. Anyone know why this happened and what can be done about it?

Have you updated any extensions? What browser are you using, chrome or firefox? Have you tried using the other one to see if it is the browser causing this problem? Solving Technical Issues wiki page.
I use Chrome, but it is the same in Firefox. I have not updated any extensions.
Hello Deron, Can you confirm that you were able to follow all of the troubleshooting steps in full given in the Solving Technical Issues wiki link that Pat gave you? Please let us know if you still need assistance after following those steps.
I did try all those things and I still have the issue.

I'm seeing one of the exact same problems Deron is as of a few minutes ago. One minute it was working, the other minute... it wasn't. I uploaded an image and now the call to the https://app.roll20.net/image_library/fetchorphanassets/true/1 is failing with a 504 (gateway timeout) error. When I make an HTTP request in Chromium, Cloudflare tells me that it's a roll20.net problem.

Hmmm. Looks like you want a lot of detail, so I'll make my own bug report--but basically, I'm seeing mostly what Deron D. is, I suspect--certainly, the symptoms are identical.
I'm not sure if you guys did something to rectify the situation (in which case thanks for quickly assisting me) or whether the issue just worked itself out, but my folders are back and the Upload Image button has returned again.
