Connection Issues

I keep getting that connection issue problem with ONE specific game table on roll20. All my other ones are fine, but that one I keep having problems with. Can I get an admin to contact me?

Do you have a huge map or large number of characters? Does the box ever go away after a while? Does it happen when you are the only one connected?
Hi Kat, Please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeed in resolving the problem, please thoroughly work through Step 4. If this does not resolve the issue that you are experiencing, please provide us with the information listed in step 4 of our guide as well as the WebRTC log. The button for the WebRTC log is located in the settings tab of the right-side pane of the VTT.
1) OK I am using Chrome. 2) None of my extensions interfere with roll20, as I mentioned all my other tables work just fine. 3) Did that the first time I had problems. There is no WebRTC log button on my side bar, As you can see here. I am a player, not the GM.

Hi Kat, A console log is a listing of the activity that Roll20 is doing while you play, so we can spot anything that deviates from the norm. Follow the instructions below to open your log, then just copy and paste everything into this thread. In Google Chrome Use the keyboard shortcut: Command - Option - J (Mac) or Control -Shift -J (Windows/Linux). If that doesn't work, follow these instructions: https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/console#opening_the_console In Mozilla Firefox Use the keyboard shortcut: Control-Shift-K (Command-Option-K on the Mac) If that doesn't work, follow these instructions: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Web_Console
Hi Kat, Is this issue still persisting? Does this issue happen for any of the other players in your game? Could you please provide the name of the game here so we can take a closer look? Thanks!
The GM made a new table, that one seems to be working.
