Loading Screen Wont Stop Loading

For some reason when i log into my games. the right hand side loads in fine but the left side where the usual  "Roll20 loading screen" just wont go away.left it there for 5 mins but still it didnt go away. Not sure if this is because of the new animations released but i thought id post it here and find out what i should do. Thanks for the help.

Hello Brian T., We are sorry to hear that you are having this issue. It may be because of the recent update. Please try disabling Fog of War in the game settings and try to load the game again. If the game does load, it is probably related to the recent update. You can find the feedback thread for recent update  here .  If this does not help, please try the following steps in order: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
