New players see "Not Authorized"

My Looking for Group Listing page can not be viewed by anyone not currently in the game. My game shows up in the LFGL listing but clicking on the link show a page with "Not Authorized" in large text, unless you are already in the game in which case the details page loads normally. https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/83246/tranquility How do I make my Game Details Page visible to interested players? Or am I misunderstanding the listing settings?
Hi Archadious, If you are sending them a link to the detail page as compared to sending them the invite link, they may get a not authorized message. If you already sent them the invite link and they are still experiencing issues, please try to copy the invite link and send it to them again. If they continue to experience issues after what is mentioned above, please have them work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeed in resolving the problem, please have them thoroughly work through Step 4 and provide us with that information via this thread if possible.

I have tested this myself in Firefox. Logging in with a non-pro account I select "Join a Game" from the "Games" menu. In the "Find Games to Join" dialog I select the options that match my game. I click the button "Find Games". My game and several others show up in a listing at the bottom of the page. Still in the non-pro account I can click on the title of any game in the listing and I can view a page listing the details about that game. Except for my own game. I see a page that has the worlds "Not Authorized" "Either you are not logged in or do not have access to this page." What am I doing incorrect? I would like other players on Roll20 to see the details about my game.
Hello Archadious, There are multiple types of links that all work a bit differently. The link you listed in your original comment above, is the LFG Listing link. This is the desired link to share for pretty much every purpose one can think of. Even if you do not enable it for viewing in the LFG Directory you can share the link with others and have a separate Listing Discussion forum just for those potentially interested in your game. As a bonus, anyone who posts to your game's Listing Discussion forum will have a big blue button by their username and all a GM has to is click 'Invite to Game' and an invitation will be sent their way. An example of a game that is not enabled is https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/100394/testing-mctesterson The Campaign link, which takes the form of https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1234567/... , links people to the 'Game Details' page for your game. By default such a link is only visible to players already in the game. Players not in the game will see the 'Not Authorized' error message. Only Plus and Pro subscribers can make their games visible to the public . However, no one can post to your game forums unless they're already in your game. Since you are a Pro subscriber, please follow the visible to the public link to find instruction on how to enable this setting if your are wanting the Campaign to be publicly visible. We hope this helps.
It is the LFG Listing link that when clicked opens a page that reads "Not Authorized". After checking the Mature Content checkbox do a Keyword search for "Tranquility". There is only one game shown with me as the GM. Click on the link to the game. I have reviewed the settings page for this game and verified that "Allow public access to this game?" is checked 'Yes'. Please suggest other actions I can attempt to correct this issue.
Hello Archadious, Were you able to successfully try the steps listed above, with no extensions/addons and cleared your cache? I have attempted all the steps you have listed to reproduce this error. I am not getting the error and I am able to see your full game listing. I have tried this on both Chrome and Firefox. Logged in with an account and not logged in at all. As well with incognito windows. All instances bring up your listing with no error message. If you have been able to follow all the steps and still have this issue, we ask that you please provide us with the information requested in Step 4 , including the console log. Thanks.
OK, than it must be an issue on my end. Thank you for verifying this for me.
