Time keeping script

Would it be possible to write a script to keep track of the time and the date? For example, my party slept for 6 hours, so I type in !6h, and the script adds 6 hours to the time elapsed, and say it was 7:30 AM, it would now reflect that it is 1:30 PM in a handout. Ideally, I would like to be able to define my own days of the week, and my own months. Perhaps have a command which tells you the current date? For example, !date would return with, It is 1:30 PM on Moonday, 16 of Patchwall. The months in my world are all 28 days exactly. Is this possible, and/or is there someone willing to write it? Also, this might be easier to write with a 24 hour clock, that's totally cool.
Think I found an existing script that does this, the weather script.
