Supporter player, base GM - does the game get extra features?

Alternatively, does a game with two GM's out of which one has Supporter subscription get extra features like dynamic lighting? (then the player could be upgraded to GM but only use player view.

The campaign's features are based on the supporter level of the GM that created it. If the GM that creates it is only a free level member, they will not get any of the supporter perks even if their co-GM is a supporter. Players who are supporters/mentors, however, do have access to the mobile version (for tablets and such) of any campaign they are a member of regardless of if the GM is a supporter.
