THE BASICS

Pay To Play: If your game is Pay to Play, I do accept it, but please pay very close attention to what I have written in this thread.

What am I looking for? A D&D 5th Edition campaign for long-term gaming, and 4+ hour D&D sessions.

When am I available? Saturday (All Day and Evening), Thursdays (All Day and Evening).

What Time Zone am I in? Eastern Standard Time.

What Race do I play? Humans only.

What Classes do I play? Clerics [Non-Melee], Wizards, Ranged Fighters (Archers/Arcane Archers), Paladins, and Monks (5E).

What Editions have I played? AD&D 2nd Edition, D&D 3rd Edition, D&D 3.5 Edition, D&D 5th Edition.

How old am I? 26 Years Old

How long have I been playing D&D? 19 years, starting out at age 7 when my Uncle taught me AD&D 2nd Edition with his friends.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

- Just glance over my profile and you will see all of the games I have experience in. I have been playing D&D a long time.

- I find thrills and opportunity when rolling for my stats rather than Point Buy. With Point Buy, a character looks and feels too much like another character, and the varying dice rolls of the 4d6-least system creates a unique individual created by you and your dice.

- I am most comfortable playing in a group of up to 5 maximum players or solo games.

- I don't play with people under the age of 18. It's just my golden rule. 18+ please.

- I am group-friendly, and I know my D&D rules.

- I like the challenging decision-making of the game, instead of things just being handed to the player. I like to explore, whether it leads to a bad conclusion or a good one.

- In terms of RP over Combat, I am more of a roleplayer, but do enjoy the combat aspect a lot as well.

- I am a no-limits roleplayer that roleplays all scenarios with no fade-to-black nonsense.

- I can do both voiced games and typing-styled games.

- I like to livestream my D&D games, but I always ask first. If the answer is no, then I don't.

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR IN A DM?

- A DM that can provide a challenging world so I can develop the character and grow it as it levels up.

- A DM that appreciates character backgrounds and applies them to their world.

- A DM that won't kick me out of their game because I'm playing to my character's alignment.

- A DM that enjoys it when the bad guys win sometimes (I dislike always winning).

- A DM who is 18+.

I have changed the layout of my thread and made it simpler, and am now also available on Thursdays.

While understandable,

Please understand that a dm's job isnt always enjoyable. Try reading your message again and think if you seem a bit pushy.(not trying to offend) a dm has to put ALOT of work i to a long term game. I have a game that has lasted 3 years (after several attempts at finding the right group ) and actually transfered over to roll 20. Typing isnt exactly ideal since it takes even longer in some parts. I do see that its not required but most dms (that i know of) do voice due to the type of game. Again I mean no offence but try to understand what you are asking of your dm.

Yes, I do know what I'm asking of my DM. I posted that I do both typing-style games and voiced games. If the game is voiced, then it's voiced and I turn on my microphone. I don't understand what you're trying to get at.

It's not pushy to seek a DM to challenge you, it just means I like intense games. The only thing in there that's a little bit pushy is the 18+ requirement, but that's just personal preference. I don't play with underaged people. You have to understand I'm an adult, and playing with underaged people means I have to "PG" my character, watch what I say, watch how I act through it... which I won't do. I really get into my character, and countless times, I've just had very bad experiences with games that have children playing it. Thus, I just don't like playing with children, is all.
