Lost notes on handout

My players were using a handout as a "party notes" section, when we went into it on Monday it was changed to "Loading..." in the main area and GM area, anyway to restore that?

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please provide us the name of the campaign and thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

<a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/3148254/tomb-of-annihilation" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/3148254/tomb-of-annihilation</a> Multiple people have looked at it Chrome and firefox were tried, it is displaying the word "Loading..." in the description however, I was able to edit the word loading and could add characters to it.&nbsp; I just looked at the journal and the Loading is gone but no text is there anymore I've attached a screenshot.&nbsp; I don't think I can provide a console log as I'm unsure when it started,&nbsp;
