[Voting]Lock Approved/Implemented Suggestions, Add (Unvote All) Button

Locked suggestion threads should automatically fall below open threads, voting on them should be disabled (obviously), and votes already cast on them should no longer count toward your quota. Six months from now this forum will be full of threads hopefully, and scrolling through it to find a post to unvote so you can vote again could be troublesome. Alternatively add an "Unvote All Threads" button with a confirmation box.
We'll add some additional voting tools as they're required, and once a feature is implemented we'll close the thread, and doing so already returns all of the votes on that item.

For historical, "Man, people really liked that idea, no wonder they added it" -effect, I hope the votes/final score aren't removed from the thread though.

It appears the counts are retained for historical purposes. =D Now, if we could just get them sorted out of the way of other things...

In particular, completed suggestions shouldn't appear on the front page of the forums. Give incomplete suggestions more visibility!
I just wish we got our votes back once something is "On Dev" because it's already being worked on some people might be temped to reallocate their vote.

You can untick your vote anytime. :-) I know, what I'm saying is that defeats the purpose of their historical votes. If everyone that voted for it saw the "On Dev" tag and unticked so they could vote on something else, than we would have an item "On Dev" or "Complete" with no votes.
Currently out of votes but would vote for the ideas here and second the concept that once something goes to 'on dev' all votes should then be recastable but voting not closed.
