Whatever a "Group" is under the hood -- give us access to that in the API

Simply put, I'd like to be able to see and transform groups in the API. In application, I like the way groups behave in the table top in terms of selection and movement. I want to be able to stuff my own groups in the API and subscribe to their events just like any other object.
