Add a Keyboard Shortcut For Special FX

Right now, there's no way to quickly switch between Special FX and the select tool, meaning that I can't rely on this feature to routinely highlight what's going on in combat. Seems like a simple fix, yeah? :)

I think adding a keyboard shortcut or something like that would fall within the scope of "completing the FX engine", If you agree, move your vote. If not, have a great day anyway.
