My suggestion is to replace the html/css method with an easier to grasp and quicker to work method of simply drag and dropping boxes for numbers and text, uploading images and being able to place them in the foreground or back ground, and adding roll buttons with editable dice values that can be linked to boxes to roll the dice value + what's in the box. I feel that the current method of html/css is too difficult for the average person to just pickup and do and completely stops people from using editable sheets for systems not already in roll20 without posting on a forum and hoping someone with the skills decided to give the sheet a crack.  TL;DR replace coding with an easier drag and drop box method so people don't have to either learn coding or cruise forums looking for someone to help with the hope that this lets people play a larger variety of games on roll20 and enables peoples ability to create and play homebrew systems.
