Simplify linking tokens to journal entries

I understand how one goes about linking a token to journal entries. I have followed the steps in the wiki many times:  Linking_Tokens_to_Journals . I have also made many mistakes along the way. The wiki states that the process is tricky. So my suggestion would be to not make it tricky. Simplify somehow. The only way I can think of would be to add all of the options that you get from double-clicking on a token and integrate them into the journal entry as additional tabs. Furthermore, the "Use Selected Token" step in the process is accessible by clicking the "Edit" button that opens yet another window. Perhaps this should be another tab in the journal entry instead.  In summary, in order to simplify linking tokens to journal entries, I am suggesting to integrate all the various components together into one location: the journal entry. The three components to integrate together in my mind are: - The options you get when you double-click on a token, - The options in the journal entry window and - The options from click "Edit" in the journal entry.
