Choose which characters appear in the "Chat As" panel (or sort and filter it)

I would like to choose which characters appear in the "Chat As" panel.  Right now the best way to make a unique character you want to drag onto the map is to make a character sheet.  Doing so automatically populates characters in the "Chat As" box, so when we have a lot of characters that box gets filled with competing choices and loses functionality.  It's an issue for GMs using that panel for convenience, and also an issue for PCs if they control a lot of characters--minions, summons, henchmen, etc.   Some ideas I have to address this are: A checkbox on a character sheet: Appears in Chat Drop-down A way to filter "Chat As" by tag (for example #PC) A way to sort "Chat As" by starring favorites
