You should have trainers that join games and walk people through getting started

It's one thing to read and watch a fast tutorial.  You know how  much I learned from actually joining a game and learning the basics.  not oh we'll have a tutorial/session game 3 weeks from now.  New players should be able to schedule some face time with a tutor, within 24 hour of starting.  Its very hard to get people who thought that they wanted to GM and walked away.  Just a thought.
