Pictures in Descriptions/Folder Icons

Pretty much what the title says. Can we get pictures in the description boxes as well, cause at the moment when you set an image to a handout that's the way it shows up in the journal as well and I'd like to have to separate pictures. Folder Icons would of course be a workaround, though not very elegant.
