If I DM a Game, do you expect me to own content?

Hello Rollers, I'm new to Roll20 but I'm thinking of running some D&D 5e games here (and charging a few bucks to help me out). I just want to know, If I'm running games, and expecting to be paid for my time, do players expect me to own content, like the PHB and MM? I homebrew all my own campaigns, make my own maps, and don't mind spending the time to building the monster sheets myself as I have the details in the physical books. What do you think?
If you mean do players expect you to have purchased the Roll20 versions of content, the answer is typically no.  A few players *might* expect a GM to have the PHB compendium but they would be in the minority.  If you're charging to GM, that percentage may go up some.  But, generally speaking, it's a player's responsibility to own their own PHB or equivalent if they want to draw from it.  Of the paid games I've been in, the GMs either did not have the Roll20 PHB or bought it will after the campaign started.  Neither had a MM.
