how does one contact a token author? I just bought the animated portals by  Jeff Mahony   but they don't have transparency and a big white box is around them. I just wanted to let him know.

I think you can send a mail to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> and they may be able to get you some sort of contact form (usually I would say check the author page for a twitter account or any other way but he doesnt have a description set up). As for the problem, I think this is a known bug that happens sometime with animated assets, no idea if there is a fix for that yet.

Just popping in one last official reply before full thread closure - it is true this is a known bug that happens for some users. If it is still happening to you, could you please submit a console log when the bug is active to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> ? The bug is still being investigated and worked on, and further information is always good. You are also always welcome to contact <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> for a refund as well if that does not work for you, but the problem is being addressed.
