
Okay, once again, I have run into an issue with your guys terrible account system. Two months ago, some of my players gifted me ten dollars, to be used for two months of Plus. Great. Now, as said money had run out and my subscription was going to end, I decided today to go add my own card and reup. Only I cannot. Why? Because my account still had a single penny left over from the ten dollars I was gifted. Roll20s account system took this penny, invoiced me, and went ahead and renewed my plus until March 20th with the invoice saying I owe money, but with no way for me to pay it. Cancelling my subscription does nothing, because it still thinks I'm good until March 20th, and won't let me resubscribe with my own card. I need this fixed on my end so I can actually resubscribe. And on the side of things for why I am posting this here as a thread instead of just emailing? This is the third/fourth time I've ran into a similar issue with the way you guys do your account/subscription system. You need to fix it.
