Connection has been lost to a game room (seems to be affecting all of our game rooms...)

All of my players, and myself, are seeing a "lost connection" error message in my game room tonight! When we reload the page, no handouts are being loaded, and assets on maps are not being loaded. We were able to get to the room initially and we were there for quite a while before it kicked in. When we looked at going to a different room, that room also eventually suffered the "lost connection" problem. I don't see anything on any of the server status report. What's going on?

You probably want to check the post in this thread . There appears to be a problem with one or more of the shards, despite what the report page says. If you follow the instructions there, you should be able to provide helpful information to get a dev putting things back together.

Also, this note from Twitter: We are again getting reports of individual Firebase shards not functioning (which for some reason is not triggering our typical shard monitoring). Thus far we've confirmed shard 4 as at issue. Copying your game to another shard will work in a pinch for this.
This appears to be related to a known issue multiple users are experiencing; I'll be closing this thread.
