Can't interact with menus? Completely unplayable

I'm on google chrome, I've tried disabling all add-ons. I've tried multiple different campaigns, as a DM whenever I try to open any window (initiative, page settings, character sheets, handouts, etc.) the windows appear behind any maps on the screen and I can't interact with them. I can't click the x to close them, can't press anything, etc. If I open a page settings windows I can close it with the escape key, but otherwise the problem is the same. I've restarted my browser and computer and have no idea what to do at this point.

Second time I've seen this report. You might want to post on the linked thread and include the diagnostic info that Dragon Dreamer requested there. It might help the devs discover what the problem is.
