Organizing Journal - Tomb of Annihilation

I have created new NPC's for TOA.  I wanted to add them to the existing Named NPC folder but I cannot drag and drop it and do not see any other options For a second question on the same subject, how do I drag a new document added to the bottom of all of the files in the journal up to the top?  I can't get the page to auto scroll up for the drag and drop and there are so many folders it is difficult to move and organize the folders.

This is a common stumbling block until you learn the trick. Instead of dragging by the name, drag by the "handle", the three lines on the left. This allows you to move items up and down or in and out of folders.

Thanks, I've done that.  I can drag a file into an open folder but not a folder that is not expanded.  Also in TOA there are over 100 folders and files so to get something from the bottom of the list to the top I have to move it one screen worth of files/folders at a time, that takes several minutes.  I figured out If I start creating the new document in the subfolder by right clicking the subfolder name and hitting new file, it creates the file already in the sub folder and there is no need to move it :)
