frustration

I'm becoming increasing aggrevated by the ineptitude of some elements of the roll20 system, and the time taken to resolve the issues. As someone paying for a service in any other sector this would be unacceptable. The two major issues of which I speak are failures in the fog of war system and the continued loading of the wrong game when I click on opening a game, I do not have any other tabs or games open. It's a shame that an idea and platform is riddled with these issues. As a gm, I'm now actively looking at alternatives to roll20!   Please resolve these issues. 

in fact I think I would like a refund. 

The fog of war system is miles ahead of where it was last year and its easier to use than ever with zero issues around my way. Can you explain more about what issues with the fog of war you're having?  How do you go about entering your games? That Launch Game button has never failed me, not once. Can you give us some more info? Kinda lost on how I could even begin to replicate your issues.

Hi shadow, Can you elaborate on your issues for me? What specific issues are you having with Fog of War? And can you let me know which game you have that's opening the wrong campaign?

the issue that I'm having with opening games. is I log into roll20 no other browsers or games open (using safari or chrome on windows systems) and it opens the wrong game. I log out close all browsers try to open a game, and then opens the wrong game. It is very strange! I have an adventures in middle earth game which I dm I try to log in and it opens another one of my games (the one ring) in which I'm a player.  An extension of this when I try to launch a game as a player, a game which I gm. It then won't load it as a player and if it does it won't let me go back to gm view

Could you please try the following steps to see if they help any? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Not sure of this will help... I often bookmark my various games by first copying the URL from the "Launch Game" button for the game, so I know I have the appropriate address.  Add a bookmark that I then edit.  Rename to something obvious and paste the saved url. That said; if I have two games open in multiple tabs and I refresh the first game tab, I often get the same behavior as the OP where the first game will load the 2nd, newer, game.  I believe it's a browser cache issue.  I've learned to use my edited bookmarks or the "Launch Game" button from the site vs refreshing.

Thank you! my anti virus, F-secure was causing the issue I believe however the fog of war issues are still frustating basically it reveals areas through dynamic lighting walls, and when a character moves to a some squares it will then reveal aprox 1/4 of the map
