Infinite Loading Screen on Handouts

Of course this happened (Murphy's Law) on a first session of a game where I direly needed the information in the handouts, but for the first time ever I encountered a fairly large bug where my handouts that had a large slew of information on them simply had infinite loading screens of "Loading..." without ever showing more information. This is still currently residing as an issue in my game. Is there a way to fix this, and if not, should I be worried about this as a problem in the future where Roll20 loses information stored? edit// I had links to gifs within the handouts if that makes a difference.
We are sorry to hear that you have encountered this. To rule out any potential issues, could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please provide us with the name of the Character Sheet you are using and thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)   Thank you!
Hi Richard, When did you first encounter this issue? I believe you have run into a known issue wherein opening a sheet can replace the text with "Loading...". Currently, the only fix at this time is to roll back your game. As you are a Pro user you have access to the roll back feature already, so feel free to roll back your game at your convenience in order to resolve this issue.
The weird part is all of this worked roughly a day ago before the session actually started and I really haven't done anything out of the ordinary since, aside from invite new players to the game.
