Color picker: Names of colors on mouse over

Suggestion: Have the names of colors pop up on mouse over in the Color Picker . Problem : It's currently difficult for those affected by color-blindness to choose colors. Example:  To give an idea of what I see, I know column 1 row 2 is red, but 1:7, 5:8, 6:8 similarly look red to me.  1:4, 5 both look like a vague peach or flesh color (probably pale green?), and 5:9, 10, 6:1 all feel like blues to me (purples?).  My current workaround is to either plug in a hex code for a color (with label) that I find online, or simply ask a friend to tell me what coordinates the color I want is at. Edited for clarity.

I think this would even be a good addition to have in general. I'd even go so far as to say an expansion to it would be nice. Currently, to me 10:3 and 10:4 look incredibly similar, as well as a number of others. A further extension I would add is a color picker that lets you choose a color on the map, this would be very helpful for people like me who use assets from the marketplace that have a pixel gap between them to attempt to mask over that.
