Players cannot select extra tokens

I'm trying to build a token for my players to use as a torch that I can just drag and drop onto the table. I created a token in the usual way and gave it edit and control permissions of everybody, but none of the players can actually select it. Same when I made some spell radius tokens to drag and drop. They can see the token and its light effects normally. I've checked its on the proper layer. Any suggestions what it might be. Its not game breaking, but annoying none the less.

Hello Richard B., There are 2 areas you need to check to ensure that the token is able to be controlled. The first is in the Token's edit token page under Controlled by. The second will be if it has a journal entry. You will need to go to the Edit button at the top right of the journal page. There you can select who can control it.  Let us know if you still have issues after checking these areas.

Thanks for your help. I had forgotten to change the controlled by section on the token so it now works fine.
