I'm looking for an option to reveal the fog of war in a custom shape, not just squares. If my players are exploring a natural environment, like a cave, the walls wont be straight, and trying to reveal the right amount with only boxes would be very tedious.

You could always just leave a little space beyond the walls; revealing "black" space. This will also help the players understand where the edges are more clearly, perhaps.

At the same time, if you have a "dark cave" being able to reveal in a circular shape fits things better.

Currently only square FoW reveals are available. There is work on the roadmap to provide other options.
