Character name: Long (He adopted this name, might reveal his Western name through the campaign) Character age: 23 Race: Human (vanilla) Appearance: 6'2, dark brown hair in a short ponytail, gray eyes, pale skin, lean with slight muscle tone, loose clothes fitting of a peasant with a just livable amount of wealth. On his back, he carries a small sack with all the belongings he needs to survive. Why he is a monk: He spent most of his childhood learning fisticuffs, as the local kids were pretty rough and tumble. He practiced every day on a straw dummy so that he wouldn't be bullied. By the time he was an adult, he could flip over the biggest brute in a bar who would swing wildly at him. At a working age, he took up being a deckhand, during which he met a monk traveling back with them. He taught this monk the ways of his land in exchange for learning the monk discipline. Being a natural at fisticuffs, it only took him the length of the trip to master the most basic of basics. He wrote down all that he learned in his journal, giving him plenty of knowledge to move forward and refine his mastery of the disciplines. Taking up the name Long from his monk teacher, he decided to set out as an adventurer to refine his techniques and learn more of the mysteries of the world.
